Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The item includes all original parts, components, tags, and packaging.

  2. The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  4. Products for which hygiene is important must be returned unused and in acceptable condition.

  5. If the item is defective, this must be reported immediately after delivery.

  6. Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

  7. Returns will be reviewed within 7 business days after receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product, if the item is damaged or defective

  • First and last name

  • Customer address

We will then provide the correct return instructions.

Please do not send your return to the sender address. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by Madison Claire.

Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.
